We're looking to grow. It's that simple. We figure, get some good, active promoters on board, force people to come to the site to purchase tickets, and VOILA - instant traffic + repeat visitors (hopefully).

This is a completely selfish point of view, but we think it works out. Promoters get access to a growing community designed with the active event go'er in mind, our visitors will be happy to find more events in their area, and we'll feel much better about the time wasted spent building the site.

Oh, you want the details.

We're looking at setting up a two tier system (initially). Promoters will have the option of selecting a "Basic" and "Premier" sales package (outlined below).

Our commission will be low and sales package based, promoters who cut deals with us, offer exclusive rights, etc, will get even more favorable terms. We don't have all of the details worked out yet, but they'll be posted here once we have "official" policies in place.

Please keep in mind, we offer generic one-size-fits-all packages for your "every day" promoter. For those of you who aggressively promote several concerts and events a year, we're open to negotiation.

These package outlines are initial drafts. We reserve the right to change them at any time. However, the details of your current ticket sale campaign will not be affected by any changes - we will always hold up our end of the deal.

1. Basic Package
   • 5% or $1.25 Commission fee (whichever is greater);
   • No ticket sale minimum;
   • No ticket price minimum;
   • Secondary on-site advertising within 50mi of event venue.
2. Premier Package
   • First 100 ticket sales will incur NO commission fee;
   • 7.5% or $1.50 Commission fee (whichever is greater);
   • 500 Ticket sale minimum;
   • $20 Ticket price minimum;
   • Premium on-site advertising within 50mi of event venue;
   • Secondary on-site advertising within 200mi of event venue.

We expect honest business practices. Our goal is to not only to help promoters sell tickets, but it's also to provide a safe, worry-free ticket purchasing experience for our visitors.

All ticket sales will have AT LEAST the following terms:

• Purchasers are entitled to a full refund if requested five days or earlier before scheduled event date at time of purchase.
• If an event is canceled, all purchasers will be automatically refunded without request.

Promoters are allowed to specify additional terms when creating or editing their ticket sales. Promoter terms many not in anyway negate or contradict the above terms.
